I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist – so no surprises, I love all things food and health related.
Originally from Melbourne, I graduated from University in 2015 with a Master of Dietetic Practice. In 2016, I packed up my life and moved up to Canberra to work as a Media and Marketing Dietitian.
Food is quite literally a part of every facet of my life – work, study – even my downtime revolves around researching nutrition and trying different foods.
I’ve always had very clear career and life goals, and my ultimate ambition of becoming a dietitian hasn’t wavered since my first Food Tech class in Year 8.
I’m so inspired by the ability of food to affect our everyday health in many ways, but am constantly frustrated by the plethora of poorly communicated and unhealthy nutrition advice readily available to us in the media.
I pride myself on being ‘in the know’ and keeping an ear out for new trends and goings on, so I’ve become driven to debunk food myths, encourage healthy choices, and showcase the simplicity of amazing food.
